The Austin Gold team has been instrumental in building several mining successes in the past, including Pretium Resources (“PVG”), Silver Standard Resources (now SSR Mining (“SSRM”)), and Uranerz Energy (acquired by Energy Fuels (“UUUU”)). Each of those mining companies achieved billion-dollar-plus market capitalizations.
The team also includes two geologists who are serial mine-finders; they have discovered over one billion ounces of silver and over ten million ounces of gold so far in their careers.
